myColoradoSpringsImages Online allows patients to access and send their reports and imaging. Please review the guide below to access your images and reports through myImages Online.
Accessing myImages Online
- Visit envrad.com/myimages
- Click the “login” button to access the log-in page
- To log in, enter: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Read and scroll through the terms and conditions, check the box to accept the terms and conditions, then click “SUBMIT”
- Select your email address or mobile phone number to receive a security PIN, and click “SUBMIT”
- Enter the PIN and click “SUBMIT”
